Judge whether the refrigeration equipment can operate

1. There should be no noise in the cylinder, only the cold storage rise and fall sound with normal and regular suction valve plate.
2. The cooling water of the condenser shall be sufficient, the water pressure shall be 0.12mpa, and the water temperature shall not be very high.
3. For new series products, the reading of oil pump pressure gauge should be 0.15-0.3mpa higher than the suction pressure.
4. There shall be no foot heating and frosting on the cylinder wall, and the surface temperature difference shall not be greater than 15-20 degrees. In cold storage or low temperature system, the frosting of the suction pipe can generally reach the suction port; in high temperature condition, the suction pipe shall not be frosted, and the condensation is normal generally.
5. The temperature of crankcase oil shall not exceed 70 ℃ and the lowest temperature shall not be lower than 10 ℃. Fluorine refrigerator lubricants can have foam 6, exhaust temperature must not be very high, R22 products must not exceed 135 degrees. A very high flash point (160 degrees) close to the domestic refrigeration oil will be detrimental to the equipment.
7. The condensation pressure is not easy to be very high, the R22 water-cooling will never exceed 1.37mpa, and the construction force of the condensation pressure cold storage is affected by the water source, condensation mode and refrigerant, so it changes.
8. The crankcase oil level shall not be lower than 1 / 2 of the horizontal centerline of the sight glass.
9. When the manual oil return pipe of the fluorine oil separator is cold and hot, there should be no obvious temperature difference between the left and right of the filter in the liquid tube cold storage, and it should not be frosted more and more, if it is blocked. The cylinder head shall be cool on one side and hot on the other, and the joints shall not be oiled.
10. Touch the horizontal liquid reservoir and oil separator by hand. The upper part and the lower part should be cool. The cold and hot junction is the liquid level or oil level. The safety valve or by-pass valve should be cooled according to the low-pressure end. If it is high-pressure and low-pressure, it will cross flow.
11. During operation, the evaporation pressure and suction pressure shall be similar, and the exhaust pressure, condensation pressure and reservoir pressure shall be similar.
12. There should be a temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of cooling water. If there is no temperature difference or the temperature difference is very small, it means that the heat exchanger has dirt and needs to be cleaned.
13. The refrigerator shall be sealed without any leakage of refrigerant or lubricating oil, and the shaft seal of fluorine refrigerator shall be free of oil dripping.
14. The temperature of shaft seal and bearing of refrigerator shall not exceed 70 ℃.
15. The expansion valve body is evenly frosted or dewed, but there must be no thick frosting at the inlet. When the fluid passes through the expansion valve, only a dull small sound can be heard.
16. The pointer of each pressure gauge of the system shall be stable and the temperature indication shall be correct.
